Garam Masala is common spice mix used in many South Asian recipes. Although the contents of the mix vary by region, this design depicts some of the most common ingredients found in garam masala. This project was made in collaboration with and to support the efforts of the South Asian American Digital Archive (SAADA). The merchandise collection is available on SAADA’s Spotlight store.
